We had a great stay at Grand Garden Hotel. the location is perfect, close to the airport and surrounded by beautiful greenery. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we even got to join in on a local wedding celebration. the hotel amenities, like the pool and breakfast, were enjoyable as well. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place. Cons: Nothing - all excellent! 👌🏼.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. The staff was very kind and helpful, and they allowed me to check-in early in the morning. The location is great, and it's very near to the airport and the local bus station. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic, and I enjoyed swimming in the big pool. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I even had a fantastic traditional massage.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport last Christmas which was a great value for its price. the hotel offered a free airport pick, up, which was very convenient. the spacious and clean room also had Netflix on TV, which was a lovely bonus. the restaurant served good food, and the staff were friendly despite their basic English. We also enjoyed the available spa and pool, which were well, maintained.

There were some religious celebrations happening nearby, and the speakers were so loud that it was difficult to sleep.

Super friendly staff, beautiful garden, cheap massage, great breakfast, walking distance to train station, good exchange rate.

I had a super early check-in and late check-out at Grand Garden Hotel, which was really convenient for my travel schedule. The staff went above and beyond when the wifi was down by opening up Hotspots on their private phones, and even shuttling me to the airport so I could use the wifi there. The service provided by Ms. Chan Chan was exceptional and really made my stay enjoyable. The massages at the hotel were also great. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and comfort.

Some rooms were not soundproof, making it difficult to sleep. Some guests reported issues with the shower area, such as soggy floors and low shower heads.
